LTS Volunteer Nurse Hanna Hohls (retired) often donates her time and services to help students in need of medical assistance. This time, she and her husband Rev. em. Günther Hohls decided to donate curtains to the LTS. While Rev. Hohls installed curtain rails in the LTS kitchen and elsewhere, his wife Hanna was helped by LTS cook Mrs. Emily Ngobeni to install curtain hooks and wash and repair several curtains. In this way, several student rooms, the LTS kitchen, and the LTS library received a fresh new look.

Also lending a helping hand is Mr. Filax Meyer, pictured above. He is often active around the LTS campus, repairing furniture, locks, electricity systems, etc. He helped remove the old carpet from Luther House and to sand down and refinish the beautiful old solid wood floors.
