On Exaudi Sunday, 13. May 2018, little Naomi Shukuru, daughter of Seminarian Pierre and his wife Florence Shukuru was reborn in Holy Baptism by water and the Word of God at the hands of Rev. Mbongeni John Nkambule. Her baptismal verse is Ps. 34:7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and He delivers them. Rev. Nathan and his wife Nokulunga Mntambo serve as sponsors. The seminary community of the LTS and the ELC congregation welcome little Naomi into the kingdom of God and rejoice with the beaming parents. The Lord’s blessings to the Shukuru family!
