On this cold and rainy summer’s day in Pretoria, the Lutheran Theological Seminary has started the 2021 academic year. We’ve welcomed thirteen students, while waiting for three more. The students are from South Africa (8), Ethiopia (4), and the DRC (1). This semester, they will learn the following subjects: 1. Fundamental academic skills, 2. New Testament Greek, 3. Old Testament Survey, 4. New Testament Survey, and 5. Christian Worship. During Matins, Rector Dr. Hiestermann reached on 1Cor.8:1-13, Rev. John Nkambule, the Registrar, led the morning devotion.
